Aicres is an AI-driven content automation system that transforms structured client data into polished, client-ready deliverables. It connects to the tools and datasets companies already use real estate comparables, geographic and demographic data, Excel financial models, rent rolls, and more and generates high-quality reports, summaries, and analyses using client-supplied templates. The goal is simple: eliminate repetitive drafting and allow teams to focus on strategy, insight, and decision-making instead of manual content creation.

During a project with an existing commercial real estate client, we uncovered a significant bottleneck: despite having robust datasets and standardized workflows, their team was still spending hours assembling market updates, property summaries, and investment materials. Valuable structured data wasn’t being leveraged effectively, and the content creation process was slow, inconsistent, and heavily dependent on individual contributors. With large language models rapidly improving, it became clear the industry’s reliance on manual writing was outdated and ripe for disruption.

We built Aicres to connect directly into our client’s data ecosystem—pulling comparables, parsing rent rolls and financial spreadsheets, analyzing geographic trends, and extracting insights from multiple sources. Aicres then uses this information to automatically generate reports, memos, and narratives aligned with the client’s existing templates, tone, and formatting standards. What previously took days now takes minutes, enabling teams to move faster, deliver more consistently, and redirect their time toward high-value work. The success of this system with our CRE client demonstrated its scalability across industries, forming the foundation for Aicres as a repeatable AI accelerator.
